We are pleased to announce the 9th Annual Senior Pin Pals Wii Bowling Tournament will take place at The Cathedral City Senior Center from 9am to 12 noon on Friday, August 4, 2017. This high-profile event brings local Coachella Valley Senior Centers together for a fun day of community, exercise and friendly competition.

The summer months can be isolating and inactive for many. Wii Bowling gets competitors motivated to visit their centers to stay physically active and socially engaged. Teams practice all year long, culminating in a well-publicized tournament held at a different participating Senior Center each year.

The Wii Bowling program and annual tournament is free because of generous sponsors. With their support, approximately 125 good-natured rivals from the senior centers from Desert Hot Springs, Mizell Senior Center, Joslyn Center, Indio, La Quinta, Coachella, Thermal, Mecca & Blythe will visit The Cathedral City Senior Center – many for the first time – to compete for bragging rights.

The support this year’s sponsors provide will help assure the success of the annual tournament and Wii Bowling program for the year ahead by offering fitness, fun and friendship at The Cathedral City Senior Center.
